ORDER This protest was filed with the Board on July 1, 1993, by R & S Computers & Memory Enhancement Products (R&S), against the Department of the Army (respondent). R&S alleges that respondent improperly rejected its lower-priced bid in making an award to Integrated Systems Group, Inc. On July 9, 1993, the Board received a motion to dismiss filed by protester. Protester has withdrawn its protest and requests that the Board dismiss the protest with prejudice. The Department of the Army has orally informed the Board it has no objection to protester's request. Accordingly, protester's request is granted. This protest is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Rule 28.
