ORDER This protest was filed by Centurion Electronics on June 29, 1993, against the award of a contract by the Department of the Army for computer maintenance services. Protester alleges that 1) the award criteria was not structured equitably, 2) it was improperly disqualified based on experience, and 3) the awardee's bid was not the most economical to the Government. A prehearing conference was held and discovery authorized. On July 14, protester withdrew its protest and filed a motion for dismissal without prejudice. Counsel for respondent has no objection to the motion. Accordingly, this protest is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Rule 28(a).
