                                 ORDER
 
        On June  28, 1993,  Integrated Systems  Group (ISG) filed  a
   protest  against the  Department of  the Air  Force's award  of a
   contract to  GTSI, which  is purportedly a  small business.   ISG
   alleged that  the Department of  the Air Force failed  to provide
   the required  pre-award notice of  award to a small  business and
   thereby  prevented   protester  from  challenging   GTSI's  small
   business status.  
 
        The  Board  conducted  a  prehearing  conference,  at  which
   counsel  for respondent  stated that  it would  file a  motion to
   dismiss on  the ground  that the procurement  was covered  by the
   Warner Amendment exemption from the Brooks Act.  
 
        ISG then filed a motion to withdraw the protest.  Respondent
   has no objection to  the motion.  Pursuant to Rule 28(a)(1), this
   protest  is  DISMISSED   WITH  PREJUDICE.    The   suspension  of
   respondent's  delegation of  procurement authority lapses  by its
   terms.
