ORDER This protest was filed with the Board on June 22, 1993, by Federal Computer Corporation, Inc. (FCC) against the Defense Information Systems Agency. FCC is protesting the award of a contract for certain automatic data processing equipment, specifically modems and related equipment and services to provide data transmission services for the Government over analog voice frequency, analog wideband, and digital circuits for agencies outside the continental United States. On June 25, 1993, the Board held a prehearing conference with the parties to this protest and directed the Government to provide protester a debriefing. On June 29, 1993, the Board received a motion to dismiss filed by protester. Protester states that pursuant to the Board's direction, a debriefing was provided protester's counsel as well as certain additional information in the nature of informal discovery. Consequently, protester requests that the Board dismiss the protest. Subsequently, protester and the other parties agreed that the dismissal be with prejudice. Accordingly, this protest is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. ______________________________ VINCENT A. LaBELLA Board Judge June 30, 1993 David S. Kovach, Esq.
