ORDER On June 18, 1993, General Analytics Corporation (GAC) protested to this Board the award of a contract under solicitation number 516-033-93 issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs. On June 23, 1993, we held a prehearing conference with the parties. During the conference, the protester withdrew its request that the respondent's procurement authority be suspended pending our decision on the merits. Consequently, we did not suspend the respondent's procurement authority. On June 24, 1993, GAC moved to dismiss its protest with prejudice under Rule 28(a).
