DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE: July 22, 1993 GSBCA 12463-P INTEGRATED SYSTEMS, GROUP, INC., Protester, v. NATIONAL AERONAUTICS AND SPACE ADMINISTRATION, Respondent. Shelton H. Skolnick, Judy D. Leishman, and Amy M. Hall of Skolnick & Leishman, P.C., Derwood, MD, counsel for Protester. Sumara M. Thompson-King, Office of the General Counsel, National Aeronautics and Space Administration, Washington, DC; and Kenneth R. Human and Billy W. Walley, Office of Chief Counsel, John C. Stennis Space Center, Stennis Space Center, MS, counsel for Respondent. GOODMAN, Board Judge. ORDER This protest was filed by Integrated Systems Group, Inc. (ISG) on June 16, 1993. The procurement in question is for the acquisition of three IBM-compatible communications controllers for connection to an IBM-compatible mainframe. ISG contends that the National Aeronautics and Space Administration has unreasonably restricted this procurement by requiring that the equipment offered be IBM maintenance eligible. On July 21, 1993, prior to the commencement of the hearing on the merits, protester filed a motion to dismiss. Respondent poses no objection to the motion. Accordingly, this protest is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Rule 28. _____________________ ALLAN H. GOODMAN Board Judge
