ORDER On July 14, 1993, the Board ordered the dismissal of this protest, without prejudice. In accordance with the terms of a settlement agreement entered into by the parties, our order provides that the dismissal will convert to a dismissal with prejudice after respondent terminates its contract with intervenor and awards a contract to protester. On July 16, 1993, protester advised the Board that respondent terminated intervenor's contract and awarded a contract to protester.
