Order On June 14, 1993, Ebon Research Systems filed a protest with the Board regarding actions of the Department of Justice in awarding a contract for asset forfeiture program support services to a company other than protester, the incumbent contractor and an offeror. On June 18, 1993, protester filed a withdrawal of its protest requesting a dismissal with prejudice. The agency does not object.
