   PER CURIAM.
 
        On August 26,  1993, pursuant to Rule 30,  protester filed a
   Motion  for Reconsideration  en Banc  of the Board's  decision in
   this case.
 
        Respondent and  intervenor submitted  a  joint statement  in
   opposition  to the  motion.   On September  7, protester  filed a
   reply   to  the  opposition.    On  September 9,  respondent  and
   intervenor filed a joint motion to strike this reply. 
 
        The joint motion to strike is DENIED.  The Board accepts for
   the  record protester's  reply of  September  7, as  well as  the
   response to that reply which is  contained in the joint motion to
   strike.
 
        Protester's Motion for Reconsideration en Banc is DENIED.
