GOODMAN, Board Judge. ORDER This protest was filed by HSQ Technology, Inc. (HSQ) on June 7, 1993. The procurement in question is for the acquisition of a Facility Automation Control System for the Unitary Plan Wind Tunnel Modernization Project at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Ames Research Center in California. HSQ is protesting NASA's determination to eliminate it from the competitive range. A prehearing conference was held and discovery authorized. On June 14, at the request of the parties, proceedings in this case were suspended pending the finalization of settlement documents. On June 16, protester filed a settlement agreement and motion for dismissal with prejudice, stating that the parties have reached a settlement of the underlying dispute which formed the basis of the protest.
