ORDER On May 14, 1993, protester Cisco Systems filed a protest against the Department of the Navy's solicitation for acquisition of a router and related parts for use by the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth New Hampshire. Protester alleged that the procurement was a disguised sole-source procurement. The Board convened a prehearing conference on May 25. After the conference, based on the representation of respondent as to the anticipated use of the equipment to be procured, protester filed a motion to withdraw the protest. Respondent does not object. In accordance with the request of the parties, this protest is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE, to be automatically converted to a dismissal with prejudice unless reinstated within ten calendar days from the date of this order.
