(ICS) protested the award of a contract by the General Services Administration (GSA) for a X.25 Gateway System to support communications security equipment being used in a government-wide telecommunications security offering. The Board docketed the protest and scheduled a prehearing conference to be held on May 13, 1993. On May 13, 1993, the Board received a Motion for Withdrawal of Protest. Protester has moved that the Board dismiss the protest with prejudice. GSA interposes no objection to its motion. Accordingly, protester's motion is granted. This protest is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
