ORDER On April 15, 1993, Telcom Systems Services, Inc. (Telcom) protested the terms of solicitation number HCFA-RFP-93-001-CR issued by the Department of Health and Human Services' Health Care Financing Administration for a single site telecommunications service. On April 20, 1993, Telcom informed the Board that it was withdrawing its protest, without prejudice, stating that the protest had been settled. Accordingly, this protest is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Rule 28(a).
