ORDER On April 14, 1993, Fortran Corporation protested the terms of solicitation number HCFA-RFP-93-001-CR issued by the Department of Health and Human Services' Health Care Financing Administration for a single site telecommunications service. On April 19, 1993, in accordance with the parties' joint motion to dismiss, the protest was dismissed without prejudice to convert to a dismissal with prejudice ten days from the date of the order. On April 23, 1993, the parties filed a joint motion to modify the order of dismissal to extend the time for reinstatement to sixty days after issuance. The parties' joint motion to modify the order of dismissal is GRANTED. This protest is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Rule 28(a).
