ORDER On April 14, 1993, Fortran Corporation protested the terms of solicitation number HCFA-RFP-93-001-CR issued by the Department of Health and Human Services' Health Care Financing Administration for a single site telecommunications service. On April 16, 1993, the parties filed a joint motion to dismiss the protest without prejudice, stating that the parties have reached an agreement to settle and that each side shall bear its own costs and attorney fees. Accordingly, this protest is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Rule 28(a).
