LaBELLA, Board Judge. ORDER This protest was filed with the Board on April 9, 1993, by Management Systems Services, Inc. (Management Systems), against the Department of the Navy. Management Systems is protesting the award of 34 Compaq laptop computers by the Naval Surface Warfare Center. On April 14, 1993, the Board held a prehearing conference with the parties to this protest. After a full discussion of the issues an agreement was reached between the parties. The parties agreed that the Government would cancel the award of the disputed contract and would advise the protester as to any decision made to procure the requirement. On April 16, 1993, the Board received a Motion to Dismiss with Prejudice filed by respondent. Protester has orally informed the Board that it has no objection to respondent's motion. The protester has agreed that any expenses associated with pursuing this protest will be borne by the protester and no compensation will be sought from the Government.
