                                 ORDER
 
        This protest was filed with  the Board on April 1,  1993, by
   Management  Systems Services, Inc., against the Department of the
   Navy.  The Board docketed  the protest and scheduled a prehearing
   conference on April 6, 1993, to discuss the basis of the protest.
 
        On  April 6,  1993, the  Board  received a  letter from  the
   protester  stating  that  it  wished  to  withdraw  its  protest.
   Protester stated that it had  been assured by the Government that
   its proposal  is considered  timely.   The Government  has stated
   orally that it has no objection to protester's request.
 
        Accordingly, protester's request is granted.    This protest
   is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.   This dismissal shall convert to
   a dismissal with prejudice 10  days after protester is advised of
