GOODMAN, Board Judge. ORDER On March 30, 1993, VAS Incorporated (protester) filed this protest against the Department of the Army (respondent). Protester alleges that the award of a contract to Computer Literacy World, Inc. (CLW or intervenor) was improper because CLW submitted a technically nonresponsive bid. On April 2, before the Board issued an order on further proceedings or convened the parties in a prehearing conference, protester filed a notice of withdrawal. Counsel for respondent and intervenor have no objection to the dismissal. Accordingly, this protest is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Rule 28(a).
