ORDER On March 19, 1993, the Board docketed this protest filed by Integrated Systems Group, Inc. (ISG). ISG alleged that the award of a contract for automatic data processing equipment by the Department of the Army violated statutes and regulations. Government Technology Services, Inc., the awardee of the contract, intervened as of right on March 25. On March 30, the Board received the parties' joint motion to dismiss the protest, which provided as follows: COMES NOW THE PARTIES, by and through their attorneys, and moves this Board to dismiss the above-styled protest with prejudice. The parties have reached mutual agreement as to the appropriate disposition of the issues raised. Accordingly, this protest is hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Rule 28(a).
