____________________________________________________ DISMISSED FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION: March 26, 1993 _____________________________________________________ GSBCA 12323-P SBC & ASSOCIATES, INC., Protester, v. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, Respondent. Shirley A. Street, President of SBC & Associates, Inc., Chicago, IL, appearing for Protester. Kenneth Markison, Administrative Law Division, Department of Housing and Urban Development, Washington, DC, counsel for Respondent. Before Board Judges DEVINE, NEILL, and DeGRAFF. DEVINE, Board Judge. ORDER This protest was filed on March 9, 1993. It appeared to deal with a request for proposals (RFP) issued by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to perform the work of a public housing authority in handling certain residential real estate under the control of HUD as a result of what protester refers to as the Gautreaux Consent Decree. Since the RFP appeared to deal with matters not within the jurisdiction of this Board, a state of facts confirmed by a telephone conversation with protester's president, Shirley A. Street, on March 11, 1993, protester was directed to show cause, on or before March 25, 1993, why this protest should not be dismissed with prejudice for lack of jurisdiction. Protester has not responded in any way to the Board's show cause order. Accordingly, this protest is DISMISSED FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION. ____________________ DONALD W.
