ORDER Fortran Corporation filed this protest with the Board on February 22, 1993, and amended it on February 26, alleging that the award of a contract for a telephone system by the National Archives and Records Administration violated statutes and regulations. Bell Atlanticom Systems, Inc., the awardee of the contract, intervened as of right on February 26. On March 12, the Board received from the protester its notice of withdrawal of the protest, which states, "Fortran Corporation, by counsel, hereby withdraws the above-captioned protest and requests that the Board dismiss it with prejudice."
