ORDER On February 17, 1993, RMTC Systems, Inc. filed this protest concerning the respondent, the Department of the Army. Protester alleges that the agency made significant changes to a solicitation and failed to provide an opportunity for repricing by offerors. On February 18, 1993, protester filed a motion to withdraw its protest as the agency has agreed to suspend the procurement and reopen the solicitation to resolve the issues of this protest. The agency concurs with the requested dismissal. Accordingly, the protest is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
