Gordon of Baker & McKenzie, Washington, DC, counsel for Intervenor BDM International, Inc. DANIELS, Board Judge (Chairman). The Board consolidated three protests against the award of a contract by the Department of the Air Force to BDM International, Inc. (BDM). The contract is for the consolidation of various computing resources of the agency. The protests are GSBCA 12298-P, filed on February 12, 1993, by GDE Systems, Inc. (GDE); GSBCA 12299-P, filed on February 12 by Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC); and GSBCA 12308-P, filed on February 18 by Grumman Data Systems, Corp. (Grumman). The counts alleged by the three protesters are similar; they are summarized in our interlocutory decision of March 8 denying a motion by the Air Force and BDM, an intervenor of right, to dismiss most of the counts as untimely filed. On the afternoon of March 8, Grumman moved to withdraw its protest with prejudice. On March 9, GDE filed a similar motion, asking that the Board furnish counsel a copy of the decision on the merits of GSBCA 12299-P. The remaining parties do not object to these requests. Without objection, the three protests are no longer consolidated and the cases filed by GDE and Grumman, GSBCA 12298-P and 12308-P, are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Rule 28(a). The CSC protest, GSBCA 12299-P, remains pending before the Board, and will be heard in accordance with the schedule prescribed for the previously-consolidated cases. The Board's order suspending the Air Force's authority to proceed with performance of the contract in question remains in effect, as well. _________________________ STEPHEN M. DANIELS Board Judge
