ORDER On February 5, 1993, Federal Computer Corporation (Federal Computer) filed a protest challenging the award of a contract to Win Laboratories, Ltd. by the Department of Health and Human Services' Social Security Administration under solicitation number SSA-RFP-92-1118 for an indefinite quantity of microcomputer workstations, peripherals, and software. On February 24, 1993, Federal Computer filed a motion to withdraw its protest and requested the Board dismiss the protest with prejudice. Accordingly, the protest of Federal Computer Corporation, GSBCA 12291-P, is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Rule 28(a).
