ORDER RMTC Systems, Inc., protested its exclusion from the competitive range in a procurement for automatic data processing equipment. At the request of the Department of the Navy, respondent, the Board convened a telephonic conference on the date of the filing of the protest, February 2. At the conference, the parties suggested that the Navy provide protester with limited information about the awardee's proposal, after review of which protester could decide whether to pursue the case. On February 4, protester reported that it could "find no technical reason that the current award should not stand," and consequently withdrew the protest. The case is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
