Petrillo, and Laurel A. Heneghan of Petrillo & Hordell, Washington, DC, counsel for Intervenor Win Laboratories, Ltd. WILLIAMS, Board Judge. On January 21, 1993, International Data Products, Corp. (IDP) filed a protest challenging the Department of Health and Human Services' Social Security Administration's award of a contract to Win Laboratories, Ltd. under solicitation number SSA-RFP-92-1118 for automatic data processing equipment. On February 25, 1993, IDP's protest was dismissed with prejudice. While the Board considered the matter of whether I-Net, Inc.'s (I-Net's) intervention could survive as a viable protest, IDP was dropped from the caption of this case and I-Net was substituted as the party protester. On March 3, 1993, before the Board decided whether I-Net's intervention survived as a protest, I-Net filed a motion to dismiss its "protest" with prejudice. Accordingly, this case is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Rule 28(a). The suspension of respondent's delegation of procurement authority lapses by its terms. _____________________________ MARY ELLEN COSTER WILLIAMS Board Judge
