ORDER On January 21, 1993, International Data Products, Corp. (IDP) filed the instant protest challenging the Department of Health and Human Services' Social Security Administration's award of a contract to Win Laboratories, Ltd. under solicitation number SSA-RFP-92-1118 for automatic data processing equipment. On February 17, 1993, IDP filed a motion to dismiss the protest with prejudice. Accordingly, the protest is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Rule 28(a). All motions to dismiss IDP's protest are rendered moot. The Board does not now decide whether I-Net, Inc.'s (I- Net's) intervention survives as a viable protest. However, while the Board is considering that matter, IDP will be dropped from the caption of this case, and I-Net will be substituted as the party protester. The case number will remain the same. _____________________________ MARY ELLEN COSTER WILLIAMS Board Judge
