ORDER On January 8, 1993, protester Valix Federal Partnership I, filed a Rule 35 Motion for Protest Costs. Protester requested the Board to issue an order requiring the Department of the Interior to pay protester's costs of $1,195 for filing and pursuing its pro- test, GSBCA 12107-P, which was granted by the Board on December 9, 1992. On March 4, 1993, the Board received a Motion to Withdraw Rule 35 Motion filed by protester. Protester states that the Department of the Interior has agreed to pay protester's costs directly from the respondent's funds and thus protester wishes to withdraw its cost motion. Respondent does not object to protester's request. Accordingly, protester's motion is granted.
