ORDER On December 28, 1992, the Board received this protest filed by James Martin Government Consulting, Inc. (JMGC), protesting a decision by the General Services Administration to exclude JMGC from the competitive range in an open season procurement of automatic data processing services under the multiple award schedule program. On January 11, 1993, the Board received the parties' joint motion for dismissal of the protest, which provided as follows: Respondent, the General Services Administration, and Protester, James Martin Government Consulting, Inc., jointly request that the Board dismiss this protest without prejudice, with each party to bear its own costs. In accordance with the request by the parties, this protest is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Rule 28(a).
