___________________________________________________________ DISMISSED FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION: December 30, 1992 ____________________________________________________________ GSBCA 12223-P BRIDGEWATER CONSTRUCTION CORP., Protester, v. GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION, Respondent. William J. Kevan, President of Bridgewater Construction Corp., Randolph, VT, appearing for Protester. Sharon Roach, Office of the General Counsel, General Services Administration, Washington, DC, counsel for Respondent. Before Board Judges HENDLEY, PARKER, and HYATT. HENDLEY, Board Judge. ORDER The Board docketed, on December 16, 1992, a protest concerning a solicitation which, on its face, is obviously for construction and in no way related to automatic data processing. Consequently, we telephoned the protester's president, Mr. Kevan, who confirmed that the protested procurement in no way involved automatic data processing. At that time we informed the protester that we obviously had no jurisdiction over the protest, but informed Mr. Kevan that the General Accounting Office most probably did have jurisdiction. Mr. Kevan acknowledged his understanding that we were without jurisdiction in this matter. In light of the fact that the protest in no way involves automatic data processing, the protest is hereby DISMISSED FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION. ________________________________ JAMES W.
