(USA Funds) protested the award of contract number PN 92 0100 01 by the United States Department of Education (ED) to the College Entrance Examination Board. The contract required the performance of automatic data processing services, including data entry, transmission, and related services in support of federal student assistance programs administered by ED under Title IV of the Higher Education Act. On January 4, 1993, USA Funds filed a motion for voluntary dismissal of the protest. Respondent and intervenor do not object to the dismissal. Accordingly, the protest is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Rule 28(a).
