DANIELS, Board Judge. ORDER Valix Federal Partnership I prevailed in its protest against the conduct of a procurement for microcomputers by the National Transportation Safety Board, respondent. The Board directed the agency to terminate two contracts it had awarded and permit competition to fill whatever requirements the agency might have. Valix Federal Partnership I v. National Transportation Safety Board, GSBCA 12109-P (Nov. 3, 1992). On December 2, 1992, protester filed a motion for an award of the costs it incurred in prosecuting the protest. We docketed the motion as GSBCA 12203-C(12109-P). The costs were itemized to be $1,547.50. We asked respondent to respond to the motion. On December 4, the parties filed a joint motion to dismiss the cost case with prejudice. They reported that respondent has agreed to pay protester, within the next thirty days, the entire sum requested. This cost case is now DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
