NEILL, Board Judge. ORDER On October 29, 1992, Dr. Ronald King filed this protest. It concerns the rescission of his proposal to the Navy for the supply of dental services. At a prehearing conference called by the Board on Monday, November 2, protester acknowledged that this protest is outside the Board's protest jurisdiction. In recognition of this fact, protester asked that the protest be dismissed. Counsel for respondent posed no objection. Pursuant to Rule 28(a), therefore, this protest is dismissed without prejudice.
