ORDER On October 19, 1992, protester, Computer Systems Integration, Incorporated, protested the award of a contract by the Department of the Air Force, Space and Missile Systems Center, to Zeno Computer Products. The contract was for supply of three hundred ninety-eight personal computers in several configurations. Protester alleged that respondent's evaluation was improper, and that respondent failed to engage in meaningful discussions. On October 27, 1992, protester filed a motion to withdraw its protest. Respondent does not object. Pursuant to Rule 28(a)(1), this protest is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE, to be automatically converted to a dismissal with prejudice if not refiled within ten calendar days of the date of this order. ________________________________ ANTHONY S.
