ORDER On October 2, 1992, Unisys Government Systems Incorporated protested the award by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) of a contract for computer support services to intervenor Martin Marietta Technical Services Incorporated. The contract was for the operation and maintenance of EPA's computer facilities at Research Triangle Park and other computing center; strategic and acquisition planning; user assistance; software and database administration; and operation and maintenance of EPA's telecommunications facilities. On November 4, 1992, in mid-discovery and five days before the scheduled hearing on the merits, protester filed a motion to withdraw the protest with prejudice. The other parties do not object.
