                           ORDER OF DISMISSAL
 
        On October  2, 1992,  David  I. Shapiro  filed a  post-award
   protest  with the  Board concerning  actions  of respondent,  the
   Department of State,  in a procurement involving  a radar system.
   In particular, protester takes  issue with the evaluation  of its
   proposal and the selection.  
 
        On October 8, 1992, protester filed a request with the Board
 
   to  withdraw the  protest with  prejudice.   The agency  does not
   oppose the request.
 
        Accordingly, this protest is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule
