(VMX). VMX protests its exclusion from the competitive range of a procurement conducted by the Internal Revenue Service for the acquisition a voice message system. On October 6, the Board convened a prehearing conference for this protest and authorized certain pretrial discovery. Shortly thereafter, on October 13, the parties filed a joint motion to dismiss this case with prejudice.
