ORDER Federal Systems Group, Inc. protested the Department of the Air Force's exclusion from the competitive range of the firm's proposal to furnish the agency with an automated, integrated, multi-function Library Automated System. The protest was filed on September 29, 1992. On October 19, following each party's provision of responses to the other party's written discovery requests, protester filed a motion to dismiss the case with prejudice to its reinstatement. The motion states simply, "The above Protest has been settled to the mutual satisfaction of both parties." The Air Force has informed us by phone that it has no objection to our granting the motion. The protest is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Rule 28(a).
