________________________________________________ DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE December 30, 1998 ________________________________________________ GSBCA 12045-P INTEGRATED SYSTEMS GROUP, INC., Protester, v. DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY, Respondent. Shelton H. Skolnick, Derwood, MD, counsel for Protester. COL Riggs L. Wilks, Jr., MAJ Charles R. Marvin, Jr., and CAPT Sophia Rafatjah, Office of the Chief Trial Attorney, Department of the Army, Arlington, VA, counsel for Respondent. BORWICK, Board Judge. ORDER OF DISMISSAL On September 24, 1992, Integrated Systems Group, Incorporated, protested the placement of an order for federal information processing resources by respondent Department of the Army. Respondent had originally indicated its intention to place an order against a vendor's GSA nonmandatory ADP schedule contract. Respondent issued a solicitation after receiving responses to a synopsis and made a contract award against the solicitation. ISG alleged it never received a copy of the solicitation, although it responded to the synopsis. On September 30, the parties filed a motion to dismiss, having advised the Board that the awarded contract had been terminated, that the required contract would be recompeted and that ISG would be given an opportunity to participate in the recompetition. Pursuant to the stipulation of the parties and Rule 28 (a)(1), this protest is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. ________________________________ ANTHONY S. BORWICK Board Judge
