ORDER On September 23, 1992, Memorex-Telex Corporation (MTC) protested the terms of solicitation number F01620-91-R-A212 (known as "Desktop IV"), issued by the Department of the Air Force, for the acquisition of microcomputers, applications software, printers, backup storage devices, removable storage devices, user-installable components, and support services to satisfy desktop computer needs throughout the Department of Defense and other Government agencies. MTC's protest was docketed as GSBCA 12043-P. On October 9, 1992, MTC filed a motion requesting that this protest be dismissed with prejudice. Respondent has no objection.
