                                 ORDER
 
        On September 14, 1992, the Board docketed this protest filed
   by Challenger Engineering, Inc. (CEI) concerning Solicitation No.
   F09650-92-Q-4323, issued by  the Department of the  Air Force for
   the procurement of software engineering services.  The Board held
   a prehearing conference on September 18, 1992.
 
        On September  22,  the  Board received  a  letter  from  the
   protester  that states,  in  part,  "CEI  hereby  withdraws  this
   protest  and  requests   the  Board  execute  a   DISMISSAL  WITH
   PREJUDICE."  Respondent has no objection to the request.
 
        Accordingly, this protest is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule
   28(a).
