(Telcom), filed this protest with the Board on September 10, 1992. Telcom contended that the Department of the Air Force violated procurement statutes and regulations in connection with the purchase of a telephone system with maintenance and technical support. The Board held a prehearing conference on September 15. On September 16, the Board received respondent's motion to dismiss. On September 21, the Board received protester's motion to dismiss, as follows: In response to the Department of the Air Force's MOTION TO DISMISS (Solicitation #F08651-92-QA- 725), Telcom Systems Services, Inc. hereby drops its protest with the understanding the Air Force is presently not proceeding with the referenced procurement. Respondent has no objection to the request. This protest is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Rule 28(a).
