ORDER During a prehearing conference held on September 14, 1992, in this protest by Valix Federal Partnership I, respondent's representative stated that the agency would not oppose the requested suspension of procurement authority. The Board, therefore, suspended the procurement authority of the Department of the Army as applicable to respondent's Solicitation No. DAAD05-92-B-0163 and to the procurement of the requirements which are the subject of the same solicitation. 40 U.S.C. 759(f)(2) (1988). This document represents the written confirmation of the Board's earlier oral order of suspension. Rule 19(d).
