                           Order of Dismissal
 
        On September  9, 1992, Valix  Federal Partnership I  filed a
   protest   with   the   Board   concerning   solicitation   number
   N00189-92-R-0388  issued  by  the  Department  of  the  Navy  for
   acquisition   of  general   purpose  automatic   data  processing
   equipment.  On  October   8,  1992,  protester  filed   a  motion
   requesting  that  this  protest  be   dismissed  with  prejudice.
   Respondent has no objection.
 
        Accordingly,  this  protest  is  DISMISSED  WITH  PREJUDICE.
   Rule 28(a).    The  suspension  of  respondent's  delegation   of
