DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS, Respondent. Ray D. Zitloff, President of Telcom Systems Services, Inc., Minneapolis, MN, appearing for Protester. William E. Thomas, Jr., Office of General Counsel, Department of Veterans Affairs, Washington, DC, counsel for Respondent. BORWICK, Board Judge. ORDER These protests were filed by Telcom Systems Services on September 1, 1992 and September 3, 1992 against the Veteran's Administration's procurement of a voice data/telephone system for its medical centers around the country. Protester alleges that it has sought, but not received clarification of the meaning of certain provisions of the solicitation. On September 8, 1992, we convened a prehearing conference on the above protests with counsel for respondent and protester's President participating. The closing date for receipt of proposals was September 8, 1992. Respondent has agreed to establish a new date for receipt of proposals. Respondent will provide answers to protester's requests for clarification at least ten working days before the new date for receipt of proposals. Based on the above, the parties request that these protests be dismissed without prejudice. Pursuant to Rule 28(a)(1), and the agreement of the parties, these protests are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. _________________________ ANTHONY S. BORWICK Board Judge
