ORDER On August 17, 1992, the Board received this protest filed by RMTC Systems, Inc., concerning the rejection of its offer in response to the Defense Logistics Agency's solicitation number 900-92-R-A535 for the procurement of automatic data processing equipment. On September 8, the Board received protester's motion to withdraw its protest. Protester's motion requested that the protest be dismissed without prejudice. Respondent had no objection to the request. Accordingly, this protest is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Rule 28(a).
