Order of Dismissal On August 14, 1992, Integrated Systems Group, Inc., filed a protest with the Board concerning CBD No. 633-92 issued by the Department of Health and Human Services for automatic data processing equipment. At the request of the parties, an alternative dispute resolution settlement conference was held on August 31, 1991, at which counsel for both parties tentatively agreed on a settlement. All proceedings in this case were stayed until September 8, 1992. On September 8, 1992, the parties filed a joint motion to dismiss this protest with prejudice stating that the parties had reached a full and complete settlement of all issues in dispute.
