                           Order of Dismissal
 
        On  August  13,  1992, Challenger  Engineering,  Inc.  (CEI)
   protested  the  terms  of  solicitation  number  MDA911-92-R-0016
   issued by the Department of the Army for acquisition of automatic
   data processing  equipment.  On  September 11, 1992, CEI  filed a
   motion to withdraw  the protest, requesting that  it be dismissed
   with prejudice.  Respondent has no objections.
 
        Accordingly,  this  protest  is  DISMISSED  WITH  PREJUDICE.
