ORDER OF DISMISSAL On August 3, 1992, protester, Memorex Telex Corporation, filed this protest against the Department of the Army's award of a contract for direct access storage devices to intervenor Federal Systems Group. Protester alleged that the contracting officer violated statute and regulation in accepting intervenor's proposal, as the life cycle cost evaluation was erroneous. Earlier, Computer Sales International Incorporated had filed a protest on the same procurement which we docketed as GSBCA 11957- P and which was dismissed on August 17, 1992. The two protests were consolidated. We convened a prehearing conference and developed a prehearing schedule. On August 18, protester filed a written motion for withdrawal with prejudice, the parties having settled the case. Pursuant to Rule 28(a)(1), and by the agreement of the parties, this protest is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Rule 28(a)(1). _________________________ ANTHONY S. BORWICK Board Judge
