(Calvert). Calvert protests the Department of the Treasury, Financial Management Service's determination that none of the bids was responsive to its invitation for bids number IFB-FMS-92-0008 for the acquisition of general purpose automatic data processing equipment. On August 11, 1992, the Board received from the parties a joint motion to dismiss this protest, with prejudice, that provided: Protester, Calvert Sales and Leasing, Inc., and Respondent, Department of the Treasury, jointly move the Board for an order to dismiss the above- captioned protest, with prejudice.
